He far exceeded our expectations, as we were hardly ready ot move out at that pace. For the sake of brevity, Mr. Herpst attention to detail, his constant immediate responsiveness, and management of the entire process, delivered the sale and settlement of the property promptly, efficiently and without a single "bump in the road". Even while suffering from the effects of COVID up to, during and immediately after closing, Mr. Herpst was still answering emails, texts, and ensuring the process reached a successful end.
