My background is widely diverse. I am a former partner of the largest real estate sales and marketing company in North America. I am the past Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing for a large national homebuilding company. I also maintain a very vibrant and successful Residential Resale practice as well, with a sharp focus on the Northern Virginia area.
With many recent commercial transactions ranging from office space, surgical center, dental office, industrial land, restaurants, churches, convenience store, and other uses; I am now accepting limited commercial clients that demand and expect outstanding representation.
Many sellers and buyers seek me out for my Land experience. It is a highly specialized area of any Real Estate Practice and requires a serious level of experience and a unique skill set.
